TENCAN horizontal planetary ball mill is designed for laboratory powder grinding, nano material preparation, sample mixing, and small-batch research. Compared with a conventional vertical jar arrangement, the horizontal jar design helps reduce material sinking and improves the movement of grinding media inside the jar.
This model is suitable for dry and wet grinding of advanced powder materials. It supports four grinding jars working at the same time, variable frequency speed control, and flexible operation modes for different materials and process requirements.

Four grinding jars are mounted horizontally on a vertical planetary disk. During operation, the jars rotate while the main disk revolves, creating combined revolution, rotation, and gravity-assisted motion. This improves the random movement of balls and materials, increases collision frequency, and supports more uniform particle refinement.
