1800°C Ultra-High Temperature Muffle Furnace
The 1800°C Ultra-High Temperature Muffle Furnace is developed for demanding thermal processes that require extremely high operating temperatures, excellent temperature stability, and reliable long-term performance. It is suitable for advanced ceramic sintering, zirconia material processing, powder metallurgy, metal and non-metal heat treatment, material research, and high-temperature laboratory testing.
Designed as an electric box-type furnace, this 1800°C muffle furnace provides a clean and enclosed heating chamber to help protect samples during sintering, firing, calcination, and thermal analysis. The independent furnace chamber reduces direct exposure between the material and heating elements, supporting more consistent processing results and lower contamination risk.
The furnace insulation system is built with high-performance refractory fiber materials, offering strong heat retention, reduced heat loss, and improved energy efficiency during ultra-high-temperature operation. Its reinforced chamber structure enhances durability and helps maintain furnace stability during repeated heating and cooling cycles.
